FAQ - I've bought a Swag”(Deal)

 

Q: What is “Swag”?

A: You're buying a Deal from us, a voucher which gives you the right to enjoy the goods or services from the merchant at a massive discount.

Swag”(Deal) features unbeatable deals on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By guaranteeing businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. For one price you will not get a reccurring deal on any competitive website.

Q: I've ordered a “Swag”(Deal), what happens now?

A: Unlike most deals website you don’t need to wait until the deal has closed. Once you purchase, you will be sent an email with instructions of your recorded delivery of your “Swag”(Deal) (s). You will be require to sign on delivery.

Q: How do I get my goods?

A: Each deal is different but the full instructions on what you need to do to get your goods or services are always in the Deal itself and will involve passing the BagASwag Ltds code to the merchant who is supplying the goods. Details of how to redeem your “Swag”can be seen before you buy in the Full Details of every deal.

Q: My code doesn't work, I can't redeem.

A: Check that the code you are using matches the code on the BagASwag Deal exactly. Make sure you've followed the instructions on the BagASwag Deal s exactly too. Also if you've tried to use a code as soon as you've received your BagASwag Deal then please wait 6 hours and try again. If you are still having trouble then contact us.

Q: How can I get a refund?

A: We offer a no-quibble 7-day money back on all unredeemed BagASwag Deal. Just use the chat service to talk to us (towards the bottom right) to request a refund.

Between 3 and 7 days after you receive your BagASwag Deal, you can cancel your unredeemed BagASwag Deal in return for a credit to your BagASwag Ltds Wallet.

Full refund and credit requests received 31 days or more after you received the BagASwag Ltds are considered on a case by case basis.

All refund requests must be made either via email or the BagASwag Ltds Chat button, we recommend email if more than 7 days since you received the BagASwag Ltds.

Q: Where are my goods?

A: Delivery timings are always laid out on the Goods you receive, and in the Full Details section of each deal. If you have redeemed properly and still not received the goods after that delivery window has expired then contact the merchant directly with as much info as you can give them. If you're still having trouble then contact us.

Q: My BagASwag Deal has expired can I get a refund?

A: Sadly not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the BagASwag Deal itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes.How can you not use the BagASwag Deal within one year.

Q: I'm not happy with the deal

A: We choose our merchants very carefully but if you do have a complaint then let us know and we'll do what we can to resolve it.

Q: Can I change the delivery address?

A: For a mail order deal you will give your address to the merchant when you redeem the “Swag”(Deal). It doesn't matter if it's different from the billing address that you give to us.

Q: How do I choose the colour/style/size when I buy?

A: You can give all that information to the merchant when you redeem your “Swag”(Deal), you don't need to give it to us.

Q: Who do I contact if I want to return my product?

A: If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, you would need to contact the merchant who supplied it to you directly.

Q: Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?

A: Nope - You'll probably want to invite people anyway, though - “Swag”(Deal) are always fun to use with friends or a great way to make new ones.

Q: I like today's deal - how do I get it?

A: Just click "BUY" before the deal ends and before we sell out! Once the deal has closed, if we accept your order we will e-mail you a postage details (check the valid from and valid until dates).

Q: When can I use my “Swag”?

A: All BagASwag Deal have an expiry date (also known as a "until/to" date). The participating business may have other restrictions which will be set out both in the Fine Print before you buy a deal and on the BagASwag Deal itself. Often it is necessary to make a reservation with the participating business to use your BagASwag Deal.

Q: Can I buy a “Swag”as a gift for someone else?

A: Yes. Unless the Fine Print specifically states otherwise, gift away.

Q: If I don't use the full value of the “Swag”(Deal) in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

A: No. Unless otherwise stated you will not receive a credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

Q: Can I combine my “Swag”(Deal) with other offers or specials?

A: No, not unless the “Swag”(Deal) specifically states otherwise.

Q: When am I billed for my “Swag”(Deal)?

A: As soon as you click "buy".

Q: How safe is the “Swag”(Deal) purchase process?

A: At no time is your credit or debit card information stored on our servers. We use a third party payment processor to handle all payment processes securely and efficiently.

Q: I want to know more about the deal before I buy.

A: All the deal details are in the Full Details section on the deal page which will tell you everything you need to know.

Q: How do I check availability?

A: The contact details for the venue/merchant will be on the deal itself if you need to check specific dates and times.

Q: How many can I buy?

A: It varies from deal to deal, with some you can buy up to 30, with others only one. Check the fine print on each deal.

Q: Will the deal be shipped abroad and how much will it cost?

A: You can check this directly with the supplier before you buy, contact details will be in the Full Details of the deal. Delivery of  “Swag”(Deal)  is always free. Please check the Goods section for individual delivery prices.

Q: How do I unsubscribe?

At the bottom of each daily deal alert that we send you will be an unsubscribe link, just click that.

Q: I've signed up for the wrong city

A: Sign up for the right city, and then unsubscribe from the city you don't want using the link in the email.
